Sustainable, Organic farming practices.
Fermented and subsequently aged for 11 months in neutral oak.
Tasting notes: Crisp, bright, and refreshingly light on its feet; opens with vivid notes of key lime, lemon meringue, and jasmine, layered with Anjou pear, fresh pineapple juice, and nectarine crisp. Candied lemon peel and lemon blossom add aromatic lift, grounded by subtle hints of bamboo and fresh grass. With time and air, the wine deepens on the nose, revealing delicate touches of toffee, sea spray, and a whisper of curry leaf. Energetic and precise, it finishes clean and vibrant, echoing the marine influence of its origin.
